A limited resource, allocated fairly.
Bruiser is for systems where a limited resource must be allocated fairly under extreme demand. Football is the initial wedge, not the entire product.
Live ticketing.
Football clubs, concerts, and major events are the first application. An on-sale can be met by software as well as people. One authenticated supporter may field many agents. Those agents must not become additional executions, and they must not queue other supporters behind themselves.
We don’t reduce supporters. We reduce redundant execution. The waiting room, if there is one, still manages scarcity between customers. Bruiser manages execution scarcity within a customer.
The same control problem, elsewhere.
Ticketing is the strongest example. The product is not a football identity, and it is not limited to match tickets. Anywhere a limited unit must be allocated under demand that software can amplify, the same rule applies: one customer, one authorised execution.
- Limited product drops
- Appointments
- Restaurants
- Hotels
- Flights
- Scarce commerce
- Limited digital inventory
Keep your stack. Add Bruiser. The control layer does not replace ticketing, inventory, identity, or the waiting room already in place.
